Hello there! I’m Christal Mora, a Physical Therapist with a passion for healing and helping people maximize their full movement potential. My journey in the world of physical therapy began with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2008. I then continued on to Perth, Australia, earning my Certificate of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in 2010. I’ve undertaken post-graduate training in various specialized areas, including courses in the Mulligan Concepts from New Zealand, Level 3 Upper and Lower Quadrant Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in Canada, Graston Technique for Myofascial Release, Advanced levels in IMS/Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery.

I believe in a holistic approach to patient care. My process involves a thorough assessment, aiming to understand not just the physical ailment but the person as a whole. By identifying abnormal postures, movement patterns, and extrinsic factors, I tailor my treatment to address the root causes of injuries. I enjoy treating the spectrum of ages, abilities, and sports.

Beyond the clinic, you’ll find me immersed in the joys of exploring the beautiful outdoors, either trail running, biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, camping, river swimming, or just hanging out at the pool with my family.

Let’s embark on a journey of healing together.
