Kelly Bernaski, Kinesiologist & Fascia Stretch Therapist
Kelly has 18 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
Initially she began her journey in helping to heal others by training in Massage Therapy. This led to an interest in learning more about movement mechanics and the role exercise plays in the prevention and healing of injuries.
Kelly obtained a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies. She is now a certified Level 2 Fascia Stretch Practitioner, a registered Kinesiologist with the Alberta Kinesiology Association, certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, an affiliated Kinesiologist with the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance, a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and is certified in Aromatherapy and Medicinal Plants.
Kelly has seen tremendous success with her clients using Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST). Having trained directly with the founder of FST, Ann Frederick at the Stretch to Win Institute, she gained valuable insight into the principles of the technique and the finesse required to ensure optimal effectiveness.
Kelly is passionate about freeing her clients from chronic pain so they can enjoy living a full and active life. She uses her diverse background and skills to address the whole body, correcting and restoring function. She believes there is freedom through movement and will guide your body back home, setting it free with FST.
