My goal is to get my clients back to being active and living a healthy, pain-free life.
Once upon a time, I worked on a boat in the arctic. This is where I was first introduced to the benefits of massage therapy, and the seed was planted. When I found myself on solid ground again, that seed had a chance to grow.
In 1999, I graduated from Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy Program. Since then, I have continued to learn new techniques, including fascia and trigger point release, muscle energy technique, neuromuscular massage, and somatovisceral release. My extensive experience and dedication to learning current techniques mean that you can trust my expertise and commitment to providing you with the best possible massage therapy experience and results.
My clients include pro athletes, Olympians, weekend OCR warriors, and individuals of all types and ages. It’s important that my clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable when they come for a session. My practice is inclusive—everyone is welcome.
Massage therapy has many benefits, and in my practice, I often treat sports injuries, work-related injuries, and car accident trauma. I also provide maintenance and relaxation massages to keep you feeling your best.
We all have unique bodies and histories, and my sessions are customized for each individual. I work to get to the root of the problem, not only the symptoms that may have brought you in. Our potential to feel better is limitless, and in my experience, massage is very effective in improving specific issues and overall wellbeing.
My passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle means that when I’m not working, you can find me heading out to the mountains, running, or training for my next obstacle course race.
Let’s connect to see how I can help you get back in the game!
My goal is to get my clients back to being active and living a healthy, pain-free life.
